As a future resident of Emerson Arms, you probably have some questions. Explore our frequently asked questions below to learn more about our community and what to expect. Please note that all applicants over the age of 18 must complete the application process. We’re proud to offer a straightforward leasing experience with no security deposit and no hidden fees. Once your application is approved, last month’s rent is due within 24 hours to secure your apartment.

While tours at Emerson Arms are available by appointment, our main leasing office located in Stoneham, MA is open Monday through Friday from 9am–4pm and assists with leasing and resident inquiries for this community.
The community includes 30 two-bedroom apartments across 6 brick buildings in Melrose.
Heat, hot water, sewer, water and trash are included. Residents are responsible for electric.
Yes. One assigned outdoor space is available per apartment. Renters may choose to rent an additional assigned space for a fee of $100 per month.
Yes. Each apartment receives one free storage space located on the first floor.
No. Emerson Arms is not pet friendly.
Xfinity provides high-speed internet and cable services to the community, offering reliable connectivity for streaming, working from home, gaming and everyday browsing needs.
Yes. All residents must carry $100,000 liability renters insurance.
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal.
